Under the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Social Welfare and the International Non- Government Organizations, the eights types of social services such as child welfare services, youth, women, persons with disabilities elderly welfare services are being implemented.

      World Vision (Myanmar), Save the Children(UK) and Help Age International has been successfully signed their MOU on 9th, September, 2011. The follow (9) INGOs will be signing their MOU on 9th, July, 2012 on Monday at 9:00 am at the Thingaha Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw-

      After signing this Memorandum of Understanding, INGOs shall have to summit the annual working plan, in detail activities to implement the task under supervision and being informed by States and Regions Government.
