Moreover trainings and workshops on capacity building for the caregivers, awareness raising to the parents and community members and establishing voluntary preschools were accomplished with the collaboration of INGOs and NGOs.

          A Resource Center for the Early Childhood Care and Development was set up in the compound of Social Welfare Training School of the Department of Social Welfare which is situated at No. (65), Kyaikwine Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon on 4th September 2009 in collaboration with Singapore International Foundation.
